CFL may establish limitations and/or additional conditions for the use of and/or access to the Website and/or the Content, which Users must comply with in all cases.
3.1—Access to and Use of the Website.
Unless otherwise provided, use of the Website shall be free of charge, without prejudice to the cost of connection through the telecommunications network with which the User has a contract.
The User acknowledges that he or she is at least eighteen years of age and is aware of, and voluntarily and expressly agrees that, the use of the Website is, in all cases, under his or her sole and exclusive responsibility.
The User agrees to comply with the Terms of Use, as well as to follow any special warnings or instructions contained on the Website, and to act at all times in accordance with the law, good morals, and the requirements of good faith, exercising the utmost care and taking into account the nature and consideration of the service being provided. Specifically, and without this implying any limitation on the User’s general obligation under the preceding paragraph, the User agrees, when using the Website, to:
a) Not to post, store, or disseminate on or from the Website any information or material that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, threatening, xenophobic, pornographic, promotes terrorism, incites violence, discrimination based on race, sex, ideology, or religion, or that in any way violates public order, fundamental rights, civil liberties, the honor, privacy, or image of third parties, and, in general, applicable law.
b) Not to introduce, store, or disseminate through the Website any computer program, data, virus, code, or any other electronic or physical instrument or device that is capable of causing damage to the Website, to any of the services, or to any of the equipment, systems, or networks of CFL, any User, CFL’s Suppliers or Distributors, or, in general, any third party, capable of causing any type of disruption or preventing their normal operation.

Furthermore, CFL does not guarantee either the technical reliability of its Website or access to its various pages, and is likewise exempt from any liability for damages of any kind that may arise from this cause.

However, CFL does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements on the Website introduced by third parties unrelated to CFL that may cause alterations to users’ physical or logical systems or to the electronic documents and files stored on their systems. Consequently, CFL shall in no event be liable for any damages of any kind that may arise from the presence of viruses or other elements that may cause alterations to users’ physical or logical systems, electronic documents, or files.
CFL implements various security measures to protect the Website, the data collected, and the Content against cyberattacks by third parties. However, CFL does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not gain access to the User’s use or navigation of the Website or to the conditions, characteristics, and circumstances under which such use or navigation occurs. Consequently, CFL shall in no event be liable for any damages that may arise from such unauthorized access.
CFL shall in no event be liable for the use that users and/or third parties may make of the Website or the Content, nor for any damages that may arise therefrom.
5.2. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability for Content.
CFL does not edit third-party Content published on the Website and, consequently, does not guarantee nor is it liable for the legality, reliability, usefulness, truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such Content, nor for Content owned by CFL. CFL shall in no event be liable for any damages that may arise from: (i) the lack of legality, truthfulness, accuracy, completeness, and/or timeliness of Content originating from third parties and its own Content; (ii) the unsuitability of the Content for any purpose and the failure of the Content to meet expectations; (iii) decisions or actions taken or not taken by the user in reliance on the information or data provided in the Content, including, without limitation, the loss of profits or business opportunities.
